Welcome to KYLY AI Marketing. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Cloud-Only Service Model — CRITICAL

KYLY is a 100% cloud-based SaaS platform. At no time does our AI require installation on, or access to, your computer systems.

All AI processing occurs on secure cloud infrastructure. All interactions are through this website only. We explicitly prohibit and discourage granting our AI any access to your internal computer systems, servers, databases, or networks.

2. No Client System Access

Unless you provide explicit written permission that is absolutely necessary to deliver a specific solution, our AI agents:

  • Will NEVER be installed on your computers, servers, or devices
  • Will NEVER be given access to your internal networks, databases, or file systems
  • Will NEVER request login credentials for your systems
  • Will NEVER execute code on your infrastructure

All deliverables are provided through this web platform. You download outputs (content, reports, data) at your sole discretion and are responsible for how they are used on your systems.

3. AI Limitations & Hallucination Risk

⚠️ Important: AI systems can "hallucinate" — generating incorrect, misleading, or inappropriate content.

You must review ALL AI-generated content before publication or use. KYLY is a tool to assist your marketing, not a replacement for human judgment. Never grant AI systems unrestricted access to your business-critical systems.

4. Limitation of Liability

KYLY CST Pte Ltd is not liable for:

  • Any incorrect, misleading, or inappropriate content generated by our AI agents
  • Business losses, missed opportunities, or reputational damage from using AI-generated content
  • Any harm caused if you choose to install or grant our AI access to your computer systems against our explicit advice
  • SEO ranking changes, algorithm updates, or platform policy changes by third parties (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Actions taken by third parties in response to your marketing content

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid KYLY in the 3 months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify KYLY against claims arising from your use of our service.

5. Our Service

KYLY provides AI-powered marketing automation tools. We are a software tool, not a marketing agency. You are responsible for how you use the content our AI generates.

6. Accounts & Billing

  • Payments processed via Airwallex — we never store card details
  • First Taste Trial ($1): 7-day money-back guarantee
  • Monthly plans: Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months
  • Annual plans: Prorated refund if cancelled within 30 days

7. Fair Use

Don't abuse the service: no bot signups, no reselling access, no illegal content generation, no hacking attempts. Free tier: 5 AI generations/day. We may suspend accounts that violate fair use.

8. Content Ownership

All content generated by KYLY for your account belongs to you. We do not claim copyright over AI-generated content. We may use anonymized usage data to improve our AI models.

9. Termination

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing support. We may terminate accounts for terms violations with 7 days notice (immediate for illegal activity).
