• Payment data: Processed securely by Airwallex — we never store card numbers
• Usage data: Which agents you use, content generated — to improve our AI
• Analytics: Page views, clicks — via Google Analytics (anonymized)

2. What We Do NOT Do

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share your content with other users
• Use your data to train external AI models
• Send marketing emails without your consent

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure in Singapore and the United States. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use PBKDF2 password hashing — even we cannot read your password.

4. Your Rights

You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@kylyaimarketing.com. We will complete the request within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We use: Airwallex (payments), Cloudflare (hosting + database), DeepSeek/OpenAI (AI processing), Brevo (emails), Google reCAPTCHA (bot protection). Each has their own privacy policy.
